Responsibilities

• Support the Global Line Station Business Office with focus on International Line Stations.
• Lead a team of three regional Business Managers.
• Work closely with international locations, regional senior leadership, General Managers, and field leaders on station performance (operational, safety, financial, AO balanced scorecard) and resource planning.
• Apply excellent communication skills, tracking/trending, and statistical data analysis.
• Collaborate with other work groups at CSC to ensure consistency, lead division‑wide strategic initiatives, and provide AO representation.
• Provide reporting and trending data to the Business Office team, Managing Director, and VP; prepare decks for presentation to work groups and senior leadership.
• Drive performance reporting support and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and assist the region with resource planning as needed.
• Coordinate activities and initiatives for the supporting region.
