The Business Manager - Enterprise Arbitration, Enterprise Consumer Product role focuses on optimizing inbound channels like EASE, Email, and Site by designing and implementing models and frameworks. Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential model improvements
- Develop comprehensive model roadmaps
- Advise Lines of Business (LOBs) on the potential impacts to their operations
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- 2+ years of experience in people management preferred

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
