Business Management Leader

About the Role

This leadership position owns the Business Management P&L, including revenue, margins, pricing, staffing, and overall profitability. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, technology strategy, and team leadership across multiple offices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Business Management P&L, including revenue, margins, pricing, staffing, and profitability.
• Build KPI reporting and performance analytics to drive decision-making and improve results.
• Standardize operations, processes, policies, and procedures across all offices and teams.
• Lead technology strategy, including system implementations, platform consolidation, automation, and reporting tools.
• Manage team structure, hiring, training, capacity planning, and service delivery.
• Oversee risk management, client fund controls, confidentiality standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred (not required).
• 10+ years of accounting, business management, or professional services leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-office operations, process improvement initiatives, and technology transformations.
• Strong leadership, reporting, analytics, and team development skills.
• Proven leader of a business management, family office, or professional services practice.
• Strong track record of improving profitability, standardizing operations, and leading organizational change.
• Experience owning a P&L, managing pricing strategies, and driving margin improvement.
• Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing platforms such as AgilLink/Datafaction, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and reporting tools.
• Comfortable working with high-net-worth or high-profile clients while maintaining strict confidentiality.
