Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters
• A strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice
• An excellent understanding of civil procedure
• Experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses
• Court experience
• Admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Prior clerkship experience preferred

Compensation

$215,000 – $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role.
