Our client, a full service, international law firm with numerous Chambers rankings, seeks a Business Litigation Associate for their Columbia office. The firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country, including some of the most significant matters in the nation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters
• Strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure
• Experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses
• Court experience
• Admitted to the South Carolina bar or eligible for admission
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Prior clerkship experience preferred
