Business Leader

About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who can lead teams, develop client relationships, drive business growth, and maintain strong project delivery standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of owner-focused project delivery, business operations, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Owner's Representation and Project Management team, supporting talent development, engagement, and retention
• Develop and execute strategies that support practice growth, client development, and expansion into new markets
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex programs, with a focus on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
• Provide financial and operational oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, and P&L performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, and industry partners, serving as a trusted advisor
• Support business development and pursuit efforts, including proposals, interviews, client engagement, and market strategy
• Collaborate across disciplines and markets to strengthen delivery capabilities and identify opportunities for continued growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive industry experience within construction, engineering, program management, project management, or a related professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience leading Owner's Representation, PM/CM, Program Management, or Construction Management teams, with a strong understanding of project delivery, cost, schedule, and risk management
• Demonstrated experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance, with the ability to connect business strategy to operational results
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their coordination within complex construction projects, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, contractors, and consultants
• Persuasive and articulate communicator who can effectively engage one-on-one, with teams, and with senior leadership
• High-energy, results-oriented leader with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization, motivate teams, and drive initiatives through completion
• Proven relationship builder who can develop trusted client relationships, foster cross-organizational collaboration, and navigate complex issues with sound judgment and professionalism

Pay

Compensation will be upward of $200,000, plus bonuses and full benefits, depending on experience and qualifications.
