Business Intern (Summer 2027) - Harrisburg, PA

About the role

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Responsibilities

• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Participate in various networking and/or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Summer 2027 Internship: 40 hours per week for a 10-week program, June 7 – August 13, 2027. This is a hybrid position in Harrisburg, PA; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius and work on-site up to several times per week.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• No prior experience required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

• Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions.

Qualifications

• Engage with vendors, update contact information, assist with onboarding, and follow company requirements.
• Strong communication skills to work with vendors and team members, solve problems, and enhance daily operations.

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, meet deadlines, and improve daily work processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to update records, track information, and schedule tasks.

Pay

Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an onsite or hybrid internship or co-op experience.
