Stellantis Quality organization is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Analytics team at the Headquarters & Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI. This role supports core analytics, reporting, and executive communication needs across North American Warranty and Quality leadership forums.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for executive-level presentations, ensuring data accuracy, clarity of messaging, and professional presentation quality
- Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of warranty and quality analytics and recurring performance reports
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers of quality performance
- Translate analytical findings into concise, leadership-ready insights, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to align data outputs to business needs
- Support KPI governance, metric definitions, and standardized reporting approaches across the organization
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests with speed, accuracy, and a strong sense of business context
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance reporting and visualization capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting-focused roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex data manipulation and professional presentation design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex datasets clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at varying levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Power BI experience is a strong plus but not required
- Experience supporting executive or senior-leadership reporting and recurring review forums
- Familiarity with warranty, quality, or operational data in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with large datasets sourced from multiple systems
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
