Responsibilities
- Meet with end users to understand business needs and collaborate on solution identification and report requirements.
- Build data ETL processes to support efficient reporting.
- Develop reports, dashboards, universes, and extracts for end users.
- Train end users on BI reporting software.
- Maintain security profiles for user access to data.
- Monitor and optimize report performance.
- Coordinate application and integration configuration needs with other IT teams and end users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrades of BI software.
- Document processes and resolve issues.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies.
- Follow company core competencies.
- Participate in the evaluation of BI utilities and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a technology or business focus, or
- Five (5) or more years of related technical experience.
Qualifications
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Advanced working knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, preferably using PL-SQL and/or T-SQL.
- Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases.
- Experience with product administration and report writing software.
- Experience with Tableau, Crystal Reports, MS-Access (preferred).
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to apply knowledge and acquire new technological skills independently.
