Responsibilities

  • Work with data of varying degrees of size and complexity, including both structured and unstructured data
  • Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • This includes processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Present clear and concise results
  • Collaborate with analysts to create dashboards and visualizations of processed data using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to draw inferences and conclusions, such as identifying trends and anomalies
  • Process work requests in accordance with organizational priority
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as internal business teams and external clients to formulate quantitative and measurable objectives that have an impact on the business
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned

Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Operational Research (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Analytics / BI Development environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric suite of data analytics tools
  • Robust experience with data transformation, BI, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization with languages such as Python
  • Understanding of methods in statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, supervised machine learning methods, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down a large problem into smaller, solvable components
  • Able to initiate and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to communicate the results of your work in meaningful ways
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical groups across all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Goes above and beyond on simple and complex requests

Work Location

Hybrid. This role is largely remote with necessary equipment provided but will require working in our Town & Country, MO office for meetings or training. Working in-office is also acceptable if preferred.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
