Position: Business Intelligence & Analytics ManagerSupervisors: Business Intelligence & Analytics Director and theJob Type: Full-time Job Description:Under the direction of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Director, the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the agency’s reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, and Field Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and consistent KPI tracking.This position is highly hands-on and focused on dashboard development, reporting optimization, data aggregation, data integrity, and analytics support to help drive operational and client success. The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will support the ongoing enhancement of reporting tools, data processes, and analytics workflows. Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with Client Services, Operations, and Field Leadership to support reporting and analytics initiativesServe as a key contributor to reporting, dashboard, and performance insight discussions across internal and client-facing teamsSupport the development, maintenance, and optimization of reporting platforms used by field and internal teamsCreate and manage Power BI dashboards, including client-facing reporting experiences and other assigned programsAssist with dashboard enhancements, reporting scalability, and ongoing data cleanupAggregate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sourcesDefine and maintain reporting logic, KPI alignment, and reporting consistency across tool stacksSupport data quality assurance (QA), audits, documentation, and validation processes to ensure reporting accuracy and integrityManage raw data files, reporting inputs, integrations, and internal reporting systemsAssist with survey reporting, operational reporting, and performance tracking initiativesSupport KPI tracking, bonus reporting, and operational performance metrics as neededEnsure reporting visuals, dashboard formatting, and usability remain clear, consistent, and user-friendlyCollaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and opportunities for process improvementsSupport ongoing analytics projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. Skills/Knowledge:Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience building and maintaining dashboards and operational reportsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrityAbility to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative communication skills across cross-functional teamsExperience supporting KPI tracking, reporting initiatives, and operational analyticsComfortable working with evolving reporting infrastructures and business processesStrong understanding of dashboard usability, reporting presentation, and data visualization best practicesAbility to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement through data analysisSupport a data-driven culture through collaboration, reporting consistency, and process improvement initiativesLead special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI/reporting, analytics operations, or related reporting functionsExperience aggregating and validating data across multiple systems and reporting sourcesUnderstanding of KPI tracking, reporting cadence management, and operational reporting workflowsAbility to translate reporting requirements into scalable dashboards and actionable business insightsExperience working in fast-paced, multi-client, or evolving operational environments preferredStrong organizational, communication, and project coordination skillsExperience supporting reporting tool implementations, optimizations, or enhancements preferred Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
