About the Opportunity

The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager leads the development and strategic use of the organization's data and analytics capabilities. This role transforms data into actionable insights that guide decision-making across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership. It contributes significantly by managing data infrastructure and identifying opportunities for operational improvement and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, governance, and scaling of supply chain data warehouse and analytics platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support ERP integrations, migrations, and master data initiatives.
  • Analyze large cross-functional datasets to identify operational risks and opportunities.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics and executive dashboards.
  • Partner with leaders to define and track key business performance metrics.
  • Model scenarios for inventory optimization, working capital, productivity, and supplier performance.
  • Enhance supply chain visibility and operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and develop self-service BI tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or supply chain analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
  • Proficiency with Google BigQuery, Looker, Google Sheets, and modern analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, or financial processes.
  • Experience in data mining, exploratory analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ability to develop business cases and communicate with senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, QAD, Syspro, Syteline, or Dynamics.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or AI-enabled analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting supply chain transformation, digitalization, or data warehouse initiatives.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation.
