Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
Translate business questions into meaningful metrics and analytical approaches.
Provide clear, concise, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Use Power Platform tools to automate reporting, processes, and data delivery.
Reporting & Visualization
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Develop and optimize DAX measures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensure reporting solutions are intuitive, well-documented, and aligned with business definitions.
Continuously enhance reporting based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.
Data Preparation & Quality
Use SQL, Python, and Databricks to access, prepare, and analyze curated data sets in the Gold reporting layer.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across BI solutions.
Identify data quality issues and collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve root causes.
Document metric definitions, assumptions, and data usage to support transparency and trust.
Collaboration, Delivery & Governance
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, contributing to planning and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer-sensitive and business-critical data.
