About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst leads Data Analytics for the Get Work Integrated Workgroup, supporting cross-functional teams in strategic planning and technology delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with business stakeholders and understand their needs.
- Create and execute data analytics roadmaps for stakeholder groups aligned with overall goals.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for business process and technical optimization.
- Translate business problems into technical requirements and communicate insights effectively.
- Create complex data models and dashboards, ensuring data accessibility and security.
- Collaborate with other T&I groups and AI/ML/Data Science teams on project delivery.
- Train end-users on dashboard/report interpretation and improve data literacy across DPR.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Get Work business, maintaining data pipeline understanding.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years of experience applying data to solve problems, or seven (7) years with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Construction experience, including industry trends, processes, and terminology.
- Strong background in CRM tools, especially if relevant to the role.
- Passion for data and business intelligence, with a track record of translating business pain points into data requirements and solving complex problems.
- Advanced skills in data visualization/BI tools, particularly Power BI.
- Experience with SQL scripting and API consumption.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships and adapting to changing environments.
