Business Intelligence Analyst - Business Development & Marketing Analytics

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst leads Data Analytics for the Get Work Integrated Workgroup, supporting strategic planning and delivery of technology and analytics to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with business stakeholders
• Create and execute data analytics roadmaps for stakeholder groups
• Identify opportunities for business process and technical optimization
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and communicate insights
• Create and maintain complex data models and dashboards
• Collaborate with other T&I groups and AI/ML/Data Science teams
• Train end-users on dashboard/report interpretation
• Operate as the Subject Matter Expert for the Get Work business

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related, plus 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the above plus 7 years of experience
• Construction Experience including industry trends, terminology, and typical processes
• Construction Sales, Business Development, and Marketing experience preferred
• Experience with CRM Tools preferred
• Passion for data and business intelligence principles
• Proven track record of translating business pain points into data requirements and solving complex problems with data
• Advanced business acumen and organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with internal/external clients
