About the role

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, uncover business improvement opportunities, and provide analytical insight.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other structured experiments to measure the effectiveness of marketing, sales, pricing, and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify emerging trends, customer behaviors, root causes of performance changes, and actionable opportunities for improvement.
  • Build financial and scenario models that quantify revenue growth, ROI, cost savings, EBITDA impact, and other business outcomes to support investment and trade-off decisions.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that enable stakeholders to monitor performance, evaluate test results, and make informed decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align analytical insights with broader business strategy and planning.
  • Help strengthen MASA's analytics capabilities by improving data quality, reporting standards, trusted business definitions, and continuous analytical processes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Three or more years helping business leaders solve complex problems through consulting, business intelligence, marketing analytics, GTM strategy, commercial finance, or another highly analytical business role.
  • Experience designing and evaluating business experiments, including A/B or multivariate testing, and translating results into practical business recommendations.
  • Strong financial, scenario, or business modeling skills with the ability to connect KPIs to outcomes such as revenue growth, ROI, customer acquisition cost, or EBITDA.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Experience with VBA or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences and senior business leaders.
