About the role

The Business Insurance Client Advisor at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is responsible for managing a high-profile book of business, providing insurance advice, and ensuring client retention. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the renewal process
• Providing insurance advice on technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business
• Maintaining client retention of existing accounts
• Communicating and supporting clients internally and externally
• Maintaining proficiency in the Sagitta Agency Management System and document management systems
• Mentoring associates
• Solving problems involving abstract reasoning
• Managing client accounts receivables and payables
• Ensuring effective time management and organization
• Engaging in professional growth and development

Responsibilities

As a Business Insurance Client Advisor, you will:

• Manage the renewal process
• Provide insurance advice on technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Active and current Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (not required)
• Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight (a plus)

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Florida 2-20 insurance license
• Account management experience
• Supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Customer service skills
