About the role
This is a growth platform for a high-potential Insurance Advisor who understands complex risk, navigates executive conversations with confidence. Our Insurance Advisor will support the growth of the agency’s specialty insurance practice focused on destination and habitation risks, including resorts, hotels, vacation rental portfolios, event venues, and related hospitality operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed annualized new business sales goals within our defined program-specific verticals.
- Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan utilizing advanced prospecting strategies to penetrate target markets.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active list of high-value prospects, centers of influence (COIs), and lead sources within assigned groups.
- Consultative Selling: Identify unique client needs and navigate complex sales cycles by proactively overcoming obstacles and positioning tailored insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of complex commercial insurance sales experience
- A focus on large middle market or upper middle market
- Established carrier relationships
- Property & Casualty license required
- Executive presence with advanced consultative selling skills
