About the role
The successful candidate will contribute to the academic mission of the university by teaching courses in business administration.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in business administration
- Develop and maintain course materials
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees
- Assist in student recruitment and retention efforts
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in business administration
- Ability to teach at the undergraduate level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
