Business Immigration Attorney – Corporate Practice – (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives and carry matters forward to the outcome they need.
• Own a matter from handoff through final submission, build the legal strategy, and manage every milestone.
• Work across a variety of immigration cases or focus on your specialty, including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification.
• Use your legal judgment to assess which prospects have legitimate cases, build trust quickly, and set honest, clear expectations.
• Manage the client relationship through the life of the case and work with the paralegals in your team on document collection, organization, and filing logistics so your time stays on strategy and outcomes.
• Advise clients directly on petition strategy, RFE response, and compliance obligations, including managing high-volume employer accounts, HR contacts, and deadlines.
• Use Manifest's AI tools and technology to support case quality and efficiency in either mode — not as a shortcut, but as a genuine performance multiplier.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration, including NIV and IV matters – for example: H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM labor certification
• Clear, confident communication — you explain complex legal concepts in plain language and make HR contacts and beneficiaries feel supported
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy — you document thoroughly and hand off cleanly
• Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations

Qualifications

• Hands-on with high volume employment based cases, for example H-1B, PERM, and/or intracompany-transfer experience
• Proactive ownership approach
• Deep expertise across the employer immigration spectrum
• Ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to client HR and Legal leadership
• Drive toward practice leadership

Pay

The good-faith salary range for this position is $115K - $215K USD. This range reflects base compensation and may not include bonus, equity, or other components of total compensation. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's location, experience, education, and skills, as well as the specific scope of the role.
