Business Growth & Client Development Consultant
About the role
This is a remote position. We are seeking experienced professionals interested in an independent remote position within the personal development and leadership education sector. This position combines client communication, business development and relationship building within a structured business model supported by established systems and ongoing professional development. You’ll work independently while connecting with prospective clients, following an established process and developing your skills across communication, leadership and business growth. The structure offers flexibility around when and where you work and is suited to people who are comfortable taking responsibility for their own activity and results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional or business experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Willingness to follow an established business development process
- Interest in leadership and personal development
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure
- Applicants must be based in and authorised to work in the USA or Canada
