About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals interested in applying their business growth, client engagement, and relationship development skills within the leadership education sector. This remote role involves using established digital platforms and marketing systems to generate and respond to enquiries, connect with prospective clients, and build professional relationships with individuals who have requested further information. You will follow a structured process to communicate with prospects, ask relevant qualifying questions, and provide consistent professional follow-up throughout the information process. The role combines business growth, client engagement, and digital communication and may appeal to professionals with experience in business development, marketing, consulting, recruitment, customer success, or client services.

Full training, established systems, and ongoing support from an experienced global leadership team are provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional, business, or leadership experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in business development, client engagement, digital marketing, consulting, customer relations, or a related field
• Confidence communicating professionally by phone and online
• Comfortable developing professional relationships and following up with prospective clients
• Able to work independently while following an established process
• Organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Able to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week
• Open to learning and applying established business growth and client engagement strategies
