As a Business Generalist at Rex.zone, you will bridge the gap between technical AI/ML teams and core business operations. Preparing for our Paris 2026 expansion, this remote role demands a versatile professional capable of handling cross-functional strategy, process optimization, and project management. You will collaborate with data annotation specialists, QA evaluation teams, and engineering units to streamline LLM training pipelines and ensure annotation guidelines compliance. Whether you are managing vendor relations, analyzing training data quality metrics, or driving operational efficiency, your work will directly impact our model performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day operations will encompass a wide range of business functions.

• Design and implement scalable processes for our remote, freelance, contract, and full-time workforce.
• Oversee budget allocations for computer vision annotation projects.
• Manage timelines for named entity recognition sprints.
• Ensure content safety labeling teams have the resources they need.
• Facilitate seamless communication between AI labs, tech startup partners, and internal stakeholders to support RLHF and prompt evaluation initiatives.
