Generalist -- Business Operations Engineer

Accountabilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies and create scalable solutions that improve productivity across the organization.
• Work across different functions, combining business understanding with technical execution to deliver meaningful improvements.
• Rotate across business areas to understand workflows, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Investigate operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Create, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and efficient operations.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives from initial problem discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions are practical, effective, and successfully integrated.
• Continuously review existing processes and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.
