We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Department Overview, Position Overview, Responsibilities (maybe implied), Qualifications, Special Conditions, Pay (Hiring Pay Scale), Work Schedule, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to extract content. Let's parse: - Department Overview: description of Advancement Business Office. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the department". We'll put under

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing department overview and position overview. - Responsibilities: The posting includes many responsibilities: design, implementation, allocation, monitoring of budget; give advice on strategic use; counsel unit heads; ensure proper systems for monitoring salary, benefits, income, expenditures, contracts, purchase orders; work with counterparts; develop formal projections and budget proposals; provide comprehensive financial management; prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports; review and approve financial transactions; provide staff training on budget and financial management, internal controls and policy; etc. We'll list as
  • items. - Requirements/Qualifications: The posting includes qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training; thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems; ability to independently gather required information; proven ability to present information; exceptional oral/written communication; ability to communicate ideas; proven ability using spreadsheet/database software; demonstrated extensive experience with business software; knowledge of computer systems; proven interpersonal skills; strong service orientation; critical thinking; attention to detail; proven ability using organizational skills to multi-task; strong interpersonal skills with tact, resourcefulness, good judgment, understanding, persuasion; ability to adapt to changing priorities; demonstrated ability to respond to unexpected job demands; ability to apply initiative, creativity, resourcefulness; ability to provide leadership in implementing organizational change; ability to function as a member of a team; thorough knowledge of internal control practices; demonstrated competency and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion; demonstrated experience developing and managing budgets; demonstrated experience analyzing large quantities of financial data; demonstrated experience with accounting and bookkeeping principles; proficient mathematical skills; demonstrated leadership and business management skills; demonstrated understanding of importance of organizational structure, resource management, communication, protocol; demonstrated expertise in applying advanced computer technology in financial modeling, analysis, budgetary management; demonstrated ability to translate program plans into operational and fiscal requirements; ability to advise Department Head and Directors on regulations; strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation, decision making skills; demonstrated experience with conflict management; demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in organizing and prioritizing tasks; demonstrated supervisory skills; demonstrated ability to implement risk management practices, establish internal controls; skill in managing time and fluctuating workloads; demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. That's a lot; we can group into Qualifications and Skills maybe. But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Could put qualifications under Qualifications, skills under Skills. But there is overlap. We'll try to separate: Qualifications: education/experience baseline (Bachelor's degree, etc). Skills: specific abilities (communication, spreadsheet, etc). Requirements maybe similar to qualifications; but we can combine. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we just have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Avoid thin sections. We have Pay: Hiring Pay Scale $79,200 - $103,244. Also mention Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: Unclassified - No data available. But we should not include placeholder like "No data available" or "Unclassified - No data available". The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The Pay section we have actual numbers: Hiring Pay Scale $79,200 - $103,244. That's substantive. The Annual Full Pay Range is placeholder; we should not include that. So Pay section will include the hiring pay scale. Schedule: Work Schedule Days, 8 hrs/day, Monday-Friday, hybrid work schedule. That's specific. So Schedule section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of UC benefits maybe but not specific. So we should not create Benefits section. Requirements/Qualifications: We have qualifications list. We'll put under Qualifications. Responsibilities: We'll put under Responsibilities. About the role: Department Overview and Position Overview. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all details from the posting, but we can format them as lists or paragraphs. Must not omit any substantive info. That's a lot; we need to include everything from Department Overview, Position Overview, responsibilities list, qualifications list, special conditions, pay scale, schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, vaccination policy, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the sections after "Apply Now" that talk about UC values, layoff, reassignment, vaccination policy, principles of community, equal opportunity, smoke-free, misconduct disclosure, etc. Also remove the "Apply Now" button text and the "Filing Deadline: Thu 10/8/2026" maybe? That's metadata but could be considered minor; we can fold into a short

or drop it. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include filing deadline maybe in a short paragraph under About the role or separate? Probably we can include as a short paragraph: "Filing Deadline: Thu 10/8/2026". But that's minor metadata; we can drop it. Safer to drop it. Also remove "Job offer is contingent on clear background check.Must have access to reliable transportation.Occasional evenings and weekends may be required." That's special conditions; we should keep that as part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for Special Conditions; we could include under Qualifications as a list item. Or we could create a separate section but not in allowed headings. So we fold into Qualifications. Also remove "Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: Unclassified - No data available (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: Unclassified - No data available". That's placeholder; we should not include. Also remove "Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable)." That's generic; we can drop. Also remove "If employed by the University of California, you will be required to comply with our Policy on Vaccination Programs..." etc. Remove all that. Also remove "UC San Diego values and welcomes people from all backgrounds..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "UCSD Layoff from Career Appointment: Apply by 9/22/26 for consideration with preference for rehire." etc. Remove. Also remove "Reassignment Applicants: Eligible Reassignment clients should contact their Disability Counselor for assistance." Remove. Also remove "All layoff applicants should contact their Employment Advisor." Remove. Also remove "For more information, please visit UC San Diego Principles of Community." Remove. Also remove "The University of California is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." Remove. Also remove "For the University of California’s Anti-Discrimination Policy, please visit: ..." Remove. Also remove "UC San Diego is a smoke and tobacco free environment..." Remove. Also remove "Misconduct Disclosure Requirement: ..." Remove. Also remove the list of policies URLs. Now we need to keep the substantive content: Department Overview, Position Overview, Responsibilities (the long paragraph describing duties), Qualifications (the long list), Special Conditions (job offer contingent on background check, reliable transportation, occasional evenings/weekends), Pay (Hiring Pay Scale), Work Schedule. We also need to keep the job title? Not as heading. The posting includes "Payroll Title FINANCIAL ANL 3 CX Department ADVANCEMENT BUSINESS OFFICE Hiring Pay Scale $79,200 - $103,244 Worksite North Torrey Pines Court Appointment Type Career Appointment Percent 100% Union CX Contract Total Openings 1 Work Schedule Days, 8 hrs/day, Monday-Friday, hybrid work schedule #141391 Business & Fiscal Officer Filing Deadline: Thu 10/8/2026". We can include worksite, appointment type, percent, union, contract, total openings maybe as minor metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. Probably we can include a short paragraph with worksite, appointment type, percent, union, contract, total openings. But the instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p with that metadata. Thus final HTML:
