Business Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager (or Senior Finance Manager) to join the Customer Success Finance team and serve as a strategic finance partner to the Customer Success organization.

Job Description

• Standardize, enhance, and maintain routine, executive ready, financial reporting and analysis for all Customer Success functions, including the Professional Services business.
• Working with Business Finance & Analytics colleagues, enhance and maintain a Quarterly Business Review package for each Customer Success Regional Leader, conveying key performance metrics and areas needing attention/action.
• Support compensation management for Customer Success teams, including bonus plan design, performance analysis, and quarterly payout execution.
• Aid the Customer Insights team with analytics around customer behavior, including retention, expansion, churn, product adoption, and customer health.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, or investment decisions.
• Be a thought leader / trend setter with creating opportunities to leverage AI solutions in day to day activities.

Job Qualifications

• Naturally empathetic, trustworthy, collaborative, and curious.
• Thrives under ambiguous, fast-paced, and complex environments.
• 7-9 years of experience in Finance or Consulting (SaaS experience preferred).
• Experience in compensation analysis, and/or commission/bonus administration preferred.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for analysis, reporting, or productivity preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial results and operational metrics into a clear business narrative.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and present actionable insights.

Compensation

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $105,100.00 - $184,900.00
