Position: Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota Duration: Contract Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel. Responsibilities:Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve business objectives. Qualifications:5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. 5+ years of Workday experience, with expertise in the Workday Payroll product. Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira. Strong testing experience, including gathering requirements, testing, and configuration, with a focus on the Payroll module. Workday Payroll certification is a definite plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with product, technology, and executive-level leadership within the organization.
