Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of Workday experience, with expertise in the Workday Payroll product.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira.
• Strong testing experience, including gathering requirements, testing, and configuration, with a focus on the Payroll module.
• Workday Payroll certification is a definite plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with product, technology, and executive-level leadership within the organization.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60 - $65 per hour. The specific compensation will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate.
