Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent

About the role

The Business Execution Consultant 4 – Contingent will join the Operations Support team to drive process improvement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This position is based in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and identify pain points.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and enhancing controls.
• Design, develop, and support Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model‑Driven applications.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and approvals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business process management, or operational excellence.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and enterprise data integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay

$60‑65 per hour on a W‑2 basis.
