About the role

The Chief Information Office (CIO) organization is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Business Engagement Manager to serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for our client-facing lines of business and internal business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executives, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for all engagement-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage CIO shared services to offload operational activities, thereby enabling client-facing staff to focus on delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients on implementation and strategic planning to maximize the return on investment (ROI) and overall value derived from our services and products.
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies that powerfully convey the CIO’s vision, mission, and value proposition.
  • Oversee and curate content for the internal CIO website to ensure it is engaging and consistently reflects the CIO's brand.
  • Champion initiatives designed to elevate the CIO’s brand presence and amplify its marketing impact.
  • Conduct regular, data-driven performance reviews, such as quarterly business reviews, for customers and internal partners, creating compelling narratives and dashboards that highlight impact and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of complex projects or a portfolio of engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engagement managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive service delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business relationship management or communications within a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience with enterprise technology services and products and aligning them with business objectives
  • Experience in brand management and marketing, including promoting technology capabilities and initiatives
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive engagement in complex environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results

Benefits

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD).
