Senior Engagement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide complex enterprise deployments and help ensure customers achieve strong outcomes throughout implementation. The Senior Engagement Manager will partner closely with executive stakeholders, project teams, and customers to resolve issues, manage expectations, and keep large-scale programs moving forward. This position is well suited for someone who brings deep implementation experience, strong customer presence, and a disciplined approach to delivery in a fast-paced technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,000 – $193,400 annually Responsibilities Manage large to complex global deployments using the company's deployment methodology Resolve multiple complex issues creatively and effectively during project execution Provide recommendations to management for enhancing the deployment methodology based on field experience Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs Support executive-level expectations and effectively communicate progress and updates Analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement in customer experience management Utilize conflict resolution techniques to manage issues that arise during deployments Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience within HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations across medium to large enterprises, higher education, or government agencies 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise applications, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications Functional expertise in HCM and Payroll deployments; Financials deployment experience is a plus Strong customer interaction skills with expertise in managing customer experience and feedback analysis Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to address and solve complex problems effectively Ability to demonstrate presence and communicate effectively with executive-level clients Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; business or technical degree preferred Willingness to travel up to 30% Benefits Flex work options that allow a combination of in-office and remote work Opportunity to build strong team connections while being flexible with personal needs Annual refresh stock grants as part of the total compensation package Access to a bonus plan or role-specific commission/bonus Engagement in strategic projects that directly impact long-term customer relationships Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
