Pay
MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $109,000—$215,000 USD
We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: removed EEO, accommodations, etc. Also removed "Learn more about what it’s like to work at MongoDB, and help us make an impact on the world!" etc. Also removed "MongoDB is committed to providing any necessary accommodations..." etc. Also removed "Req ID". Also removed "To learn more about the Services Seller Engagement Management role, check out these insightful blog posts..." etc. Make sure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description about MongoDB's platform etc. That's company description; not required but could be considered substantive. However the instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. The company description is not under any of the allowed headings; we could put it under About the role? But About the role already has role description. Could we add a paragraph about MongoDB under About the role? It might be okay but could be considered not about the role. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we omit the company description, we are losing substantive info. But we could incorporate it into About the role as a brief description of the company. However the About the role section is supposed to be about the role, not the company. But we could add a separate section like "About MongoDB" but that's not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list does not include "About MongoDB". So we cannot create a heading not in list. We could incorporate that info into the About the role paragraph as a sentence, but that might be mixing. However the instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings. We could put company description in a
without a heading? The instruction: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." It didn't forbid stray paragraphs without heading. But earlier: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose." So we can have prose paragraphs not under a heading? It says use
for prose. So we could have a
about MongoDB without a heading. However the instruction also: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid having prose without heading. So we could add a
about MongoDB after the About the role heading or before. But to keep structure, maybe we add a
under About the role? Actually About the role heading expects prose about the role. We could add two paragraphs under About the role: first about role, second about company. That would preserve info.
