About the job

In this role, you will lead, execute, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives, Knowledge and Information Management Cell (KIC) specific projects, and cross-team projects to drive organization efficiency and impact for KIC and gTech Users and Products (gUP). You will create KIC strategies to influence organization initiatives and activate these within the team. You will work with stakeholder teams to ensure initiatives drive results and impact in KIC. You will assess, collate, and drive projects around KIC team needs to break through silos and create best practices in KIC.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, execute projects, and recruit subject matter experts in the field.
  • Create cross-KIC points-of-view to support executive decision-making and influence gUP-wide projects.
  • Manage and activate projects from different levels of the organization within KIC.
  • Create measurable outcomes for project success measurement and report on them.
  • Work with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in, provide progress updates, and obtain sign-off for projects with varying scope.
  • Leverage data to draw insights about business opportunities and help drive decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing and implementing programs and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay

US: $114,000 - $164,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
