About the role

Lead, execute and contribute to organization wide initiatives, knowledge and information management cell (KIC) specific projects and cross-team projects to drive organization efficiency and impact for KIC and gTech Users and Products (gUP).

Create KIC to influence organization initiatives and activate these in the team.

Work with stakeholder teams within the organization and ensure initiatives drive results and impact in KIC.

Assess, collate and drive projects around KIC team needs to break through silos and create best practices in KIC.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, execute projects and recruit subject matter experts in the field.
• Create cross-KIC points-of-view to support executive decision making and influence gUP wide projects.
• Manage and activate projects from different levels of the organization within KIC.
• Create measurable outcomes for project success measurement and report on them.
• Leverage data to draw insights about business opportunities and help drive decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role.

Benefits

• Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• US: $114000 - $164000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
