About the role

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers across our Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers' business and marketing needs. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience.

You will lead, execute and contribute to organization wide initiatives, knowledge and information management cell (KIC) specific projects and cross-team projects to drive organization efficiency and impact for KIC and gTech Users and Products (gUP).

You will create KIC to influence organization initiatives and activate these in the team. You will work with stakeholder teams within the organization and ensure initiatives drive results and impact in KIC. You will assess, collate and drive projects around KIC team needs to break through silos and create best practices in KIC.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, execute projects and recruit subject matter experts in the field.
  • Create cross-KIC points-of-view to support executive decision making and influence gUP wide projects.
  • Manage and activate projects from different levels of the organization within KIC.
  • Create measurable outcomes for project success measurement and report on them.
  • Leverage data to draw insights about business opportunities and help drive decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing and implementing programs and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay

US: $114,000 - $164,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
