Business Director, Analytics and Transformation (Remote - Eligible)

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define business strategies in partnership with CDX leaders
• Address strategic questions using a consulting-style approach
• Lead strategic initiatives, focusing on AI transformation
• Provide analytics and insights to anticipate business changes
• Set vision for product innovation and develop prototypes
• Lead and mentor a team of strategy and product professionals
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of project management experience

Pay

$209,500 – $239,100 annually
