About the Role

We’re seeking a Director, Analytics and Transformation, to support strategic priorities for the Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) leadership team. The CDX organization drives critical platforms that power world-class digital engagement for our customers and best-in-class tools for the developers who build them. Our diverse portfolio spans the Capital One mobile app, advanced marketing and personalization engines, AI-driven platforms that transform how we build software, and essential enterprise risk and supplier capabilities. By unifying these consumer, developer, and enterprise operations, CDX accelerates our ability to modernize core systems, strengthen the company's risk posture, and deliver seamless experiences at massive scale.

The Director will join a horizontal product and strategy team that supports priorities across CDX. • Lead a team of strategy and product people leaders and individual contributors, investing in their development and creating a talent pipeline for the organization
  • Obsess over internal and external customer satisfaction by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Cultivate a dynamic, customer-centric, and mission-oriented product culture, fostering collaboration and talent development
  • Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and engagement

  • Innovation mindset, characterized by future orientation, vision-setting, and a willingness to push boundaries
  • Outstanding people leadership with a collaborative, inspiring, and supportive style
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trusted partnerships across organizational boundaries and levels
