Business Development Trainee ( Miami FL)

The Opportunity

This is a 1099 sales and consulting role with an uncapped commission plan. You will build relationships with business owners, gather key information, generate funding applications, and submit them to our in-office closing team.

Right now our closers are funding 20 out of every 50 applications submitted. 65 percent of our new agents get their first funded deal within 35 days. Any representative submitting two applications a day is on pace to earn $120,000 or more in annual commissions.

Every client you fund becomes a page in a book of business you own. Those pages become repeat customers and referral sources.

Requirements

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English are required as this role involves daily interaction with American business owners
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to hold yourself accountable without being managed
• Comfortable with high volume outbound phone activity. This is a cold calling role and a resilient mindset is essential
• Ability to work in person Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Miami, FL office located in the Wynwood Arts District
