About the role
The Business Development & Strategy Lead plays a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Identify potential clients and partners, and build relationships to foster long-term collaborations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders, highlighting the value proposition of the organization’s products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and project goals.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successful business development and partnership building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in technology or related industries preferred.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
