Business Development Specialist - TMT

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and execution of brand and profile enhancement opportunities for TMT industry-focused attorneys, including speaking engagements and panel discussions.
• Collaborate with CRM team to develop and distribute digital invitations for events, track RSVPs, draft session materials, and manage follow-ups.
• Manage and enhance key client relationships with major US and global tech companies, focusing on strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop tailored pitches, RFP responses, and panel submissions, ensuring they are client-focused and effective.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the firm's business development approach, sharing knowledge and data through centralized tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years' experience in business development within a professional services firm, preferably a law firm.
• Working knowledge of the Technology industry is desired, with direct work experience a plus.
• Ability to adapt to diverse work styles, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Docs, with experience in Foundation, Salesforce, and SharePoint preferred.

Benefits
