Responsibilities

  • Leverage ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools to identify leads and build targeted outreach lists aligned with ideal customer profiles.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in survey equipment solutions.
  • Qualify prospects based on their industry, project scope, and technology needs to ensure alignment with company offerings.
  • Schedule product demos, discovery calls, or on-site visits for senior sales representatives and specialists.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to log activities, manage pipelines, and maintain detailed records of communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of our product lineup, including GNSS receivers, robotic total stations, 3D laser scanners, LiDAR, UAVs/drones, and associated software.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to sales and product teams to inform strategic planning.
  • Actively represent the company in trade organizations, industry events, and virtual networking opportunities.
  • Build rapport and maintain engagement with both prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role—preferably in a technical, SaaS, or equipment-based industry.
  • Proven ability to use prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident approach to outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity or interest in surveying technology, construction workflows, or geospatial tools is highly desirable.
