Business Development Specialist – Experience, Litigation

About the role

Latham & Watkins is one of the world’s leading global law firms, advising businesses and institutions that drive the global economy. The Business Development Analyst – Experience, Litigation is an integral part of Latham’s Business Development (BD) team and will support and maintain the firm's deal and case database.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between attorneys, local and global BD management and staff, and the BD Experience team by providing subject matter expert level support
• Foster communication within Marketing Technology, the various teams within BD, and those external to BD to create a seamless experience collection process
• Prioritize and coordinate with team members exports of data for business development efforts and prepare custom reports on an as-needed basis
• Participate in regular team and department meetings
• Share knowledge of policies, procedures, and technologies with the team to increase department efficiency
• Protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Qualifications

• Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
• Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
• Possess the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

Pay

USD $75,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
