Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of client-facing events, sponsorships, seminars, webinars, and thought leadership programs.
- Partner with lawyers, business development professionals, and administrative teams to develop event strategies that align with practice and client development goals.
- Manage all phases of event execution, including audience targeting, invitation development, registration management, logistics coordination, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Track and evaluate event performance, including attendance, client engagement, follow-up activity, and overall business development impact.
- Prepare post-event reports and recommendations to track ROI and help measure success to improve future programs.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, communications, events, and operations teams to ensure programs support the firm's overall market strategy and client engagement efforts.
- Maintain event and client engagement data within CRM and other business development tech tools and systems.
- Draft and coordinate client-facing communications, invitations, event materials, and internal reporting.
- Aid in supporting multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–6+ years of experience in business development, marketing, events, or a related professional services role.
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality expectations within a law firm environment.
- Experience supporting client-facing events, sponsorships, conferences, or thought leadership programs, with the ability to travel as needed and demonstrate a strong executive presence.
- Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear client-facing and internal communications.
- Professional presence and confidence interacting with lawyers, clients, and senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM or similar business development systems, e.g., SharePoint, InterAction, etc.

Pay
The Compensation range for this role is up to $80,000 annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
Schedule
This position has a hybrid schedule which includes Monday and Friday remote and Tuesday through Thursday in-office.
