What You’ll Be Doing Generate qualified, professional referrals to support census developmentBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing accountsEducate professionals and families on Silverado’s dementia and Alzheimer’s resourcesPromote Silverado services including permanent placement, respite stays, and end-of-life careAssess prospective residents for suitability and fitDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies and public relations opportunitiesPartner with community leaders to achieve census goalsServe as a key member of the Community Leadership team Qualifications 3–5 years in customer success/service with strong organizational and presentation skillsProven success in solution-building and team collaborationPreferred: healthcare or dementia care experience; clinical background a plusBachelor’s degree preferred, negotiation skills a bonusDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences Some Other Things To Consider Flexible schedule, including weekendsActive role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs.)Must be comfortable with animals and neurodegenerative conditionsValid driver’s license and clean driving record required Why Choose Silverado?
