Sales Execution
- Drive hospital sales promotion through distributors by aligning commercial strategy and engagement
- Execute and optimize sales partner programs aligned with product strategy
- Plan and execute seminars & exhibitions in medical conferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Product & Business Strategy Execution
- Identify market needs and generate and synthesize insights through direct engagement with clinicians (physicians, nurses, etc.)
- Lead engagement and product value promotion with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Drive product positioning and business activities in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., R&D, global teams)
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable inputs for product and business strategies
Clinical Strategy Execution
- Coordinate and drive clinical-related activities supporting product development and market adoption
- Act as a key interface between clinical stakeholders and internal teams
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize clinical feedback and insights
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or related industry
- Hands-on experience in Sales or commercial activities (e.g., distributor management, HCP engagement), Product management/marketing, or Clinical support/marketing or clinical-related activities
- Ability to engage directly with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses) and understand clinical workflows and needs
- Proven ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
- Ability to take initiative and drive execution in a cross-functional environment
- Willingness to maintain regular in-office presence as an important part of effective communication and collaboration in a hybrid work environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working with or engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Exposure to clinical evidence generation, clinical evaluation, or clinical support activities
- Experience collaborating with R&D or product development teams
Pay
Minimum Salary: $67,982.00
Maximum Salary: $72,500
