Sales Job Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy defined by the Management and Marketing teams
- Complete and qualify all customer visit reports in the CRM system (T360)
- Deliver a detailed Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with a sector analysis and strategic recommendations
- Promote and sell Terumo’s products to both existing and new accounts, contributing to market share growth
- Service & Support
- Build trust-based relationships with customers and identify their needs through consistent communication and service
- Provide training on appropriate use of specialized medical devices during clinical procedures
- Support physicians and medical teams directly in the procedure room where devices are used
- Ensure all products are used safely and according to their intended purpose
Profile Description
- Experience in sales in the medical devices industry
- Experience in Cardio and Vascular solutions is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Arabic (native) and English
- Resident of Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia and willing to travel extensively within the region
- Highly energetic, committed and strong team player
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused
- Proactive and solution-oriented
