Special concentration on motivational, technical, sales, customer service, management, and clerical skills. This position participates in the Real Estate Partner Program (REP).
Responsibilities
- Develops a strategic plan to expand business presence in the market.
- Prepares cost-effective procedures to expand business relationships.
- Uses office equipment such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.
- Assists with the compilation of lead generation.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows, and data modules to contribute to the development of growth plans.
- Develops and implements business growth objectives.
- Develops measures for evaluating the effectiveness of business relationship building.
- Develops strong familiarity with trends in the mortgage banking industry as well as the company's operating policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains a realtor/referral partner database.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, with mortgage industry experience preferred.
- Lead or supervisory skills.
- Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
- Proven sales skills.
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in business, finance, or related field.
- College-level coursework and equivalent work experience.

Pay
USD $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
