Special concentration on motivational, technical, sales, customer service, management, and clerical skills. This position participates in the Real Estate Partner Program (REP).

Responsibilities

  • Develops a strategic plan to expand business presence in the market.
  • Prepares cost-effective procedures to expand business relationships.
  • Uses office equipment such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.
  • Assists with the compilation of lead generation.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows, and data modules to contribute to the development of growth plans.
  • Develops and implements business growth objectives.
  • Develops measures for evaluating the effectiveness of business relationship building.
  • Develops strong familiarity with trends in the mortgage banking industry as well as the company's operating policies and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains a realtor/referral partner database.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, with mortgage industry experience preferred.
  • Lead or supervisory skills.
  • Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
  • Proven sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • College-level coursework and equivalent work experience.

Pay

USD $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
