About the role

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Specialist Program/Lawyers Program business group within Aon Affinity.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with policy renewals, client service, and retention for the Lawyers program
• Communicate with clients via email correspondence and phone
• Follow up on client inquiries
• Process certificate requests, endorsements, and policy changes

Skills and Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service, office experience
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is preferred
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Pay

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
