New Business Growth

Identify and pursue new dealer accounts, builder partnerships, and commercial project opportunities.

Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and follow up to build a strong sales pipeline.

Present product lines, finishes, pricing programs, and value propositions to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Account Management & Relationship Building

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, contractors, designers, and builders.

Provide ongoing support for product questions, pricing, lead times, and order status.

Carry out regular check-ins to identify upselling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with CSR, Production, QC, and Installation teams.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the cabinetry industry.

Identify gaps in the market and recommend new product opportunities or sales strategies.

Gather customer feedback to support product development and operational improvements.

Operational Collaboration

Work closely with design, CSR, and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and smooth order flow.

Review drawings, layouts, and specifications to confirm feasibility and pricing accuracy.

Track project timelines and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

Sales Reporting & KPI Tracking

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity logs.

Track KPIs such as new accounts opened, revenue growth, quote to order conversion, and retention.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership.
