Position Summary

This position is responsible for reaching out to new and existing investor clientele. This role will focus on the outreach and relationship development of potential clients such as investors, homeowners, builders, etc. The candidate for this role must be local to the market of ATLANTA. We have developed custom offerings that drive customers to grow their real estate portfolios and maximize their returns.

Essential Functions

  • Generate revenue through our various programs to key segments of real estate investors
  • Traveling the Atlanta Metro and nearby areas to meet with partners, generate leads, and walk available homes
  • Develop new business and follow up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals through outbound calling, emailing, and messaging with coordinated marketing efforts
  • Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
  • Consistently updating the CRM with changes

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in real estate or finance
  • Extensive prior experience using CRM programs, including Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills, both written and speaking
  • Preferred: An active real estate license or willingness to earn one
  • Highest level of motivation, excelling at time-management and organization
