About the role

Latham & Watkins is a global law firm focusing on businesses and institutions driving the global economy. The Business Development Senior Analyst – Experience, Restructuring & Liability Management supports the firm's deal and case database, liaising with attorneys, BD management, and the BD Experience team.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about restructuring developments and trends
• Act as a liaison between attorneys, BD management, and BD Experience team
• Proactively maintain the firm’s database
• Foster communication within Marketing Technology, BD teams, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with team members on data exports and prepare custom reports
• Protect and maintain confidential information

Qualifications

• Well-developed interpersonal skills and effective team interaction
• Experience in restructuring matters or as a Litigation Paralegal
• Marketing databases, market/company research, and project management experience
• Relevant experience in US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia
